A transcript is a copy of a student's permanent academic record. Transcript processing time is normally five business days after receiving the signed request form and payment. Archived transcripts (prior to 1985) may require additional processing time. Transcripts are mailed via first-class mail. Cochise College offers an expedited service for an additional fee. According to federal law, transcript requests must be submitted in writing and include the student’s signature; telephone requests are not honored. Transcript requests can be submitted online at or or in person at the Admissions Office.

Transcript fees must be paid at the time the transcript request is submitted. Payment may be made by check or money order payable to Cochise College, or by credit card payment. The college accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Transcripts are not sent to students who have an outstanding financial obligation with the college.
