Graduation Application Process
Students can apply for graduation to have their degree(s) or certificate(s) officially awarded on their college transcript. Graduating students can complete and submit the online graduation application at http://www.cochise.edu/student-resources/academic-advising/graduation/. Students should notify the Admissions and Records Office of any change of name or address that occurs during the application process.
Degree and certificate earning students wanting to participate in the annual commencement ceremony should review information on cochise.edu/student-resources/academic-advising/graduation to determine deadlines. If students miss the application deadline their name may not appear in the commencement program.
Diplomas and Certificates of Completion are mailed after all academic credentials have been verified and posted to official transcripts.
Additional copies of student credentials (Certificates or Diplomas) can be requested through the Cochise College Graduation Technician’s office for a fee. For more information contact: graduating@cochise.edu.
