VIT 101 Introduction to Viticulture

This course focuses on the world history of grapes and their production. Emphasis is on the varieties of grapes, grapevine biology and physiology, vineyard management, and harvest and post-harvest operations.

2 hours lecture, 2 hours laboratory.
