VIT 103 Maintaining A Vinifera Vineyard

This course covers maintaining a vineyard from the point of dormancy through the harvest. Emphasis is on crop monitoring techniques, pruning methods, bloom, vine manipulation, and determining vine health. Includes the relationship that exists between the grower and the vintner.

2 hours lecture, 2 hours laboratory.
