LMO 321 Industrial and Organizational Psychology*

This course is a scientific study of human behavior in the workplace. Assessments of individual, group, and organizational dynamics through the lens of industrial-organizational psychology principles, theory, research, and methodologies assist with identifying organizational problems and providing insight to improve individual and organizational effectiveness.
