LMO 341 Financial Analysis and Budgeting
This course examines fiscal management in public and private organizations, a manager's financial responsibility, and the interface with finance departments. Public financial data, analysis methods, and various financial management tools will provide an understanding of financial concepts, principles, and practices to promote informed decision-making within public and private sectors.
